As a Web Designer, you will work closely with our Marketing and Development teams to create engaging and functional website designs that drive user interaction and satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Display company materials on the website in a visually compelling manner
- Optimize web pages for performance and SEO
- Write efficient, clean code following best practices in software development
- Develop websites using HTML, CSS, and other web languages
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine requirements
- Create and maintain documentation for software and systems used
- Continuously improve and enhance the company's web presence
- Stay updated on industry trends, design software, tools, and emerging technologies
- Incorporate various types of content, including text, images, and videos, into web pages
- Develop contingency plans for website downtime
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience in web design
- Strong command of spoken English
- Up-to-date knowledge of developments in IT and web technologies
- Strong social and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
Experience
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- Proven experience in web design, with a portfolio showcasing your work
