Teesside Homes Limited is seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team. The Plumber will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in our properties, ensuring functionality and compliance with building codes.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Collaborate with property management and development teams to ensure plumbing installations meet project requirements.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential plumbing problems.
- Keep accurate records of plumbing work, including maintenance and repair activities.
- Stay updated on industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Respond to emergency plumbing issues and provide timely solutions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a recognized plumbing apprenticeship program.
- Valid plumber's license.
- Knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and safety procedures.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a plumber.
