Description
We are currently seeking a Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a highly motivated, results-driven individual who has a knack for spotting business opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals. You will play a crucial role in driving our business by procuring new clients, retaining existing ones, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of the company.
Responsibilities
- Procuring New Clients: Actively identify and secure new business opportunities through cold-calling, networking, and other lead-generation strategies.
- Networking: Attend industry events and engage in social activities to build and nurture relationships with prospective clients.
- Client Retention: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to secure ongoing or additional business.
- Product Upselling: Suggest upgrades or added products to existing clients based on their needs and usage.
- Business Proposals: Develop customized proposals that suit the specific needs of each client.
- Price Negotiation: Negotiate pricing terms with both clients and vendors to secure profitable contracts.
- Feedback Review: Regularly collect and analyze client feedback for continuous improvement.
- Software Implementation: Utilize business development software to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- A business-related qualification is an advantage but not necessary.
- Excellent standard of spoken English is required.
- Strong social and communication skills.
- Proficient knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Experience
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar business environment.
