Teesside Homes Limited is seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in our properties. The Electrician will ensure all electrical work meets industry standards and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Diagnose and repair electrical issues promptly.
- Collaborate with property management and development teams to ensure electrical installations meet project requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential electrical hazards.
- Keep accurate records of electrical work, including maintenance and repair activities.
- Stay updated on industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Respond to emergency electrical issues and provide timely solutions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a recognized electrician apprenticeship program.
- Valid electrician license.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and safety procedures.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as an electrician.
